Mission
The ACP Students Affairs Office includes the Offices of Assistant Dean of Students and Alumni Affairs, admissions, and financial aid. The student affairs office supports pharmaceutical education through individual student counseling, professional development activities and academic support services.
The Student Affairs Office is committed to the selection of highly qualified applicants for admission with a focus on applicants from Central Appalachia and those who have a strong desire to serve rural and underserved communities in Appalachia and throughout the world. Through the Pharmacists In Community Service Program ("PICS"), the Student Affairs Office ensures that students develop a commitment to meaningful community service and encourage them to develop a life-long commitment to meaningful community service. The Student Affairs Office is also committed to developing and maintaining engaged alumni to provide support, service and counsel to the college of pharmacy.
